The design process begins with an on-site consultation to view the property and the project desired. It is at this time that the designer will discuss their initial site assessment, take necessary measurements/site photos, provide project recommendations and answer customer questions.

Once the project components and specifications have been decided, a full design (hand drawn, computer generated or virtual tour) can be created which will support the project sales presentation (complete with itemized list of construction components, materials, plants, services and contract). Each project can be molded to a customer's liking with changes, additions or deletions.

Once a final design has been approved, the project will be scheduled and material will be ordered.

At the time of construction, Norling’s staff will be there every step of the way. Norling’s will have an on site visit to run through the approved project details, make any last minute adjustments, and prepare the site for the crew to come in. Construction will begin and the project supervisor and designer will be available for any questions either on site or via phone. Soon the property will be transformed into the outdoor oasis both the customer and Norling’s worked hard to create!
